Here are some answers to our most frequently asked questions:
Q: What are your box office hours?
A: We are a volunteer-run organization, and we do not have regular box office hours.
The CAT box office opens 45 minutes before the curtain during the run of a show.

Q: When does the house open?
A: The house opens 45 minutes prior to curtain.
Q: Is there assigned seating?
A: We do have minimal VIP reserved seating for upgraded subscribers only. Other than
VIP seats, all our seating is general admission. The house seats 150 patrons and
we regularly sell out. Accordingly, if you have a preference where you sit you are
advised to be at the theatre early.
Q: How can we purchase tickets?
A: You may purchase tickets by clicking here, or you may order toll free at 1-888-695-0888
Q: Do you accept reservations without prepayment of tickets?
No. If you choose to pay at the door, there is no guarantee of seating and there
is a $1/ticket surcharge. However, for your convenience, we will update our voice
mail and Facebook page when shows are sold out.
Q: What type of payment do you accept?
A: At the box office, we accept cash, checks, and major credit cards
Q: Can I exchange my ticket?
A: Yes. Please call Extreme Tix at1-888-695-0888 to exchange your tickets. If you
have any difficulty, please call 804-262-9760 or e mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Q: I have a complimentary ticket. How can I make a reservation?
A: Click on "Buy Tickets" above. In the upper right hand corner, you will see a "Sign
In" link -- click on that and enter your comp code. You may then choose the dates
you would like to attend and print out your tickets. If you would like to use your
complimentary tickets on opening night, there is a $5/ticket upcharge. Please contact
us at 804-262-9760 or email@example.com for opening night tickets.
Q: What are your single ticket prices?
A: Tickets purchased in advance are $19/general admission, $17/students, and $13/rapt.
For groups of 10 or more, tickets are $15/each. Opening night tickets are all $25.
There are NO FEES to purchase online or through the toll free number. There is a
$1/ticket fee to purchase any type of ticket at the door.
Q: What are your subscription options?
A: We offer a Platinum Subscription (one ticket to opening night of each show and
an invitation to our Tabby Awards) for $85, a Gold Subscription (one ticket to each
of our four shows) for $59, a Silver Subscription (one ticket to three of our four
shows) for $50, and a Ten Pack (ten tickets to be used in any combination to performances
of our four shows) for $170. Except for Platinum Subscriptions, subscription tickets
MAY NOT be used on opening night.
