Bloomsday is CAT's entry into the 2020 Acts of Faith Festival and will run February 7-22, 2020 at Chamberlayne Actors Theatre, located at 319 North Wilkinson Road, Henrico.

Director Jimmy Mello is looking to cast the following roles.

CAITHLEEN (F, 20s) A young Irish woman giving tours for James Joyce's Ulysses.  A fiery emotional woman with a dab of naiveté who most importantly, is a conduit for the magic of Ireland. Will perform with an Irish accent.

ROBBIE (M, 20s) A young American man who has come to Dublin on a whim after a break-up, desperately trying to find himself. Charming, although a bit of a stooge. Very much a young man making mistakes.

CAIT (F, 50s) Caithleen thirty-five years later. Lives with the magic of Ireland but her fire and naiveté have turned into her being blunt and somewhat jaded.  Doesn't have much left in the real world but what she does have she relishes greatly.  Will perform with an Irish accent.

The role of ROBERT has been cast.
